Distributor

To become a distributor for Komari Beverage, we have several key criteria that applicants must meet. Firstly, candidates should possess relevant industry experience, demonstrating both technical expertise and a proven track record in distribution. Financial stability is also crucial, with distributors needing to show financial health, sufficient resources and infrastructure, effective inventory management systems, and appropriate insurance coverage. Legal due diligence is required as well, including an examination of legal history, compliance verification, and confirmation of necessary licenses and permits.

We also look for distributors with a strong reputation and market presence, which includes fostering strong customer relationships, upholding ethical business practices, and maintaining a solid reputation in the market. Geographical coverage is another important factor, as we are particularly interested in distributors who can serve vacant distribution areas.
Additionally, distributors must have the capability to provide warehouse space in their base town, with a minimum size of 100 to 150 square meters, located near a main road, and a compound suitable for loading and unloading. On the logistics front, distributors are required to have delivery trucks that meet specific standards, such as Isuzu NPR vans (2015 model or newer) or, depending on the area, Isuzu FSR trucks (2015 model or newer). All applicants must physically submit their necessary documents, including their trade license, TIN number, relevant experience, and a bank statement, to Komari Beverage’s head office at New Century Building around Atlas.
